During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks and mailboxes. We use more protective packaging in the heat of summer, so most products do make their journey safely. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. What To Do If My Body Butter Melts?

·If you open items, check if melting has occurred, they may spill out and make a mess!

·For thicker consistency, place it in the refrigerator for 15-25 minutes.

·Do not leave your body butter in high heat areas.

·Store in cool area.
