My problem is not with the product, it is with the customer support. I made a mistake when I purchased 4 Warmies during the buy 4 get 3 free sale. I accidentally payed for three before putting the rest in the cart. Since I couldn’t get the remaining 4 warmies in one order, I went ahead and payed for 2 and got the free 1 and crossed my fingers hoping that customer support support would understand what I had done and send me the last Warmie. I was wrong. They didn’t even seem to care to understand my mistake. They quickly dismissed my concern as ‘too bad, we can’t help you’. The lack of effort is actually what bothered me the most. I don’t think I will buy anymore Warmies

This is a good length for my neck/shoulders. My broad shouldered boys do not get as great a return, so I know they won't take off with this one. Warms nicely and keeps heat well.
