The lid is initially difficult gard to remove. The product texture is not as firm/solid as I expected. Not sure I like that; it's too loose/liquid-y.

I have purchased and used both the Sakura Rose and the Rose Salve products before and recently ordered some of each for Christmas gifts.
I know the recipients will love them as I have gifted these products before and they are always thrilled to receive them.
I can count on the high quality of these salves and they never disappoint. If you have not tried them before then I can assure you that once you use them you will ALAWAYS use them. There is not a better product on the market.
