I have started working out again and I needed something to help with the joint pain that usually results from extended physical activities. In this sense, I have seen great improvements in my movements as I take this collagen supplement. The other benefit: it tastes very good. It has thus become a part of my regular diet. I give 4 stars due to the lack of postive changes in my skin as collagen is said to make it more plump.
