After reading the back of says helps support blood sugar levels that are already in the normal range but I was lead to believe by the advertisement that it would help my husband with his type 2 diabetes. Rather than have him take metformin for the rest of his life. Gonna give it a go and see if it helps him anyway. I just hope it does
