This end grain solid mahogany cutting board comes with a blood route on one side and the knife slot on the other. It will last you a life time as long as you continue to oil it. With it being an end grain,  it will not scar as deeply when you cut on it because of it being end grain (the end of the wood on top which is three times harder than top grain). The carbon steel bow knife will stay sharp for at least 15 years as long as you take care of it. The bow knife will cut fresh bread, tomatoes, apples(they do not turn brown when you cut with this knife), pineapple, butternut squash, sweet potato, shreds cabbage and lettuce, onions sliced paper thin, celery(no strings), cooked meats, and more.
