I honestly didn’t expect to like this as much as I do 😭 The material feels really comfortable and doesn’t leak oil everywhere like I was scared it would. The wrap stays in place pretty well, especially when moving around, and it’s easy to clean and reuse. I’ve used it both warm and cold and it’s actually really soothing on my stomach/abdomen area. Super convenient and way less messy than trying to do castor oil packs the regular way lol.

honestly really uncomfortable. Not great to sleep with at night, it has buttons on the sides and the elastic bands that rap around your back are thin and way too long.
