This isn't for everyone! If you don't have severe Keratosis Pilaris or similar and don't need a really coarse brush for exfoliation, then just get a less coarse brush. This is EXCELLENT if you know how to use it. I spent years trying to find something coarse enough to help with my incredibly bad KP and everything was just too soft. The I found this bad boy and I'm never turning back. TIP: Don't scrub hard, let the coarseness of the brush do the work. If you try to scrub the way you would normally with a dry brush you will damage your skin and it will HURT.

Great. I had ordered a cheaper brush thinking it would be just as good, it was not. . . This brush however is exactly what I was looking for, a nice FIRM bristle for dry brushing. The brush isn't too big and the bristles are secure and like the interchangeable handle.

I like the price and the quality of this cellulite massager. Use with an oil and massage in circular motions for 2-3 minutes a few times a week. Hopefully in a few weeks I see some resultsOf course you have to do your part and eat well and workout. But it helps.

It's actually not hard/sharp, and if done right, you can use to massage or press gently on temples. Very nice manual massage on legs too when you just need some light pressing
