UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I’ve reached out multiple times to let them know my package came damaged!!! At first I was asked to confirm my email and address, I’m assuming there sending me a replacement then more than a week goes by and NOTHING!!!! I brought my issue up on there live and they could care less giving me the “CALL CORPORATE” ATTITUDE….. I really wanted to support but they need to get there shit together ASAP!!!!!

so haven’t used everything but the edge control was sent as a free gift very flaky turned my kids hair white light pink i used a new edge brush on washed hair doesn’t hold doesn’t work good on wet hair it works better on dry hair but turns flaky after some hours wet or dry

**** UPDATE Customer service reached out and sent me my shampoo and elixir oil. Thank you 😊 The products are great but the shipping needs to be handled better. Oil leaked in the box and I'm missing a shampoo bottle. Still waiting to here back from customer service.

Not happy with this product. My hair started shedding after my first use. Itching scalp not impressed. I used the shampoo, conditioner and deep conditioner. I’m sending this back. I used the growth oil and stimulator with no problems but the shampoo and conditioners, no ma’am.

Heard so much about this company!!!! And as excited as I am to get started using it on my locs, I was very disappointed with the sizing of the products and the fact that one of the items came broken as soon as I opened the box 📦!!!! What do I do with a broken piece on the top of the bottle?? A vital piece at that??!??!!

I tried the little sample ones when I bought just the edge control and omg the conditioner did work to my scalp that I’ve never felt. I had to buy the whole bundle set.. definitely worth it. They have yet to let me down huntey
