I have been using this serum since it came out. I have very sensitive, dry and hyperpigmentation skin. Use religiously but have not seen improvement. If my budget allows will continue to use it.

I'm in love. As simple as that! I started getting acne in my late 20 and nothing helped with the scars and everything that goes with it, but this serum is pure gold on the skin. It really helps. I've been using it since it started (under the first brand name!!!) and I never looked back!

I feel I have been conned. I have been using this product for more than 2 years now, and have followed on Dr Idriss's "consistency is key" mantra. I have also incorporated the flash mask and vit C moisituriser in my routine only recently. Although I did see improvements in my skin's discolouration/pigmentation, I can confirm that for the past year, my skin has become sensitive to sunscreens (I tried many brands). This is a result of the serum's weakening of my skin barrier. I never had sensitive skin before, but now I do. I have to decide to either never wear sunscreens again, or ditch Dr Idriss's products entirely... I am hugely disappointed, as I purchased these products with a lot of confidence in Dr Idriss. I expected better from a board certified dermatologist.
