The Message
The message behind this design was inspired by the documentary Coded Bias, which explores how the algorithm, driven by machine-gathered data in an attempt to avoid human prejudice, is as biased as the authors of the code. For instance, a few examples of this technology include facial-recognition software that has difficulty detecting dark-skinned users, differentiating between the faces of women, and incorrectly flagging posts of plus-size women at higher rates than their smaller counterparts, when they are covering all necessary parts, as being "sexually explicit" due to a certain percentage of skin being detected, especially for Black women content creators.
If social media’s flawed algorithm has you pressed, close that app, warm up a wax melt cube, and inhale a scent as unique as you are. Formulated to fill your space with juicy notes of fig, orchid, brown sugar, and vanilla, our Fuck the Algorithm Brown Sugar & Fig scent will transform your space into a self-care sanctuary.
