I’m so upset I finally went to use my cup and pulled the label off to find this label literally tore off the paint how is that? At first I thought it was paint from label but as you can see in video it took off the paint in more than one area. I certainly hope this will be replaced

I ordered two cups but only one was delivered. The one cup I did get box was damaged, there is tape on the opening. So it can be assumed that it was opened during transport and my other cup was stolen. And the customer service is less than helpful of fixing this issue.

Came in damaged,opened,missing items. Was sent new cup after sending proof of damage. Tried the damaged cup while waiting for new cup to see if I liked it. It rusted at the top within 24hours. Got 2nd cup it did the same thing. I am returning. $37 for a cup that rusts? Customer service nice though.

I love this! The design is gorgeous 😍 Having all of the extra tops is such a major plus! I mainly use the straw in the growler top and in both cases I haven't had any water to spill... And I'm always knocking over my water bottle 🤭

Coldest cups never disappoint! I love the colors—they’re even brighter in person. We have several, and they always deliver. Why waste money on multiple cups that don’t do the job? Instead of buying over and over, just get one that actually works. Reliable, durable, and worth it. Highly recommend!

It's my birthday today. I just received before I had went so I rinsed it out and put ice in it and filled it up with water . I got a pedi mani and it stayed right by me and then my husband took me out for dinner. So i left my tumbler inside a the car it was really hot inside almost too hot to touch. Then I took a sip of my water and it was still really cold . I love that. I also love the different lids came with.

I do love the design. Oil paint can be elegant, or it can be revolting. The art on this bottle is very appealing. On further inspection, there were small bubbles around the bottle. It's still a 5 rating for me.

Love it… much more than my Stanley’s due to all the lid options and it holds ice just as long if not longer. I will also say that I do not have to struggle getting this lid off!!! DISAPPOINTED in shipping and packing. I was worried my cup was destroyed, but luckily not. Only area for improvement.
