This is my 3rd bottle. I started my black seed journey buying the Egyptian one and taking for nearly a year. I switched to this one and saw the difference. My nails are growing ridiculously long and strong and is my hair. I can only imagine what its doing for my overall health. Im healthy in general so I dont have a testimony about being healed from anything. But the changes in my nails alone is all the proof I need that this is working. Ive never been able to grow nails. I have to cut them down now.

It’s garbage it has omega six and nine those are bad for you. It has very little Blackseed oil that he’s got five times omega six and nine it’s trash.

Last year, 3 months before labs were required, I began taking 1 tsp of this oil each morning. I was surprised to see that lab tests showed a 20+ point decrease in my LDL from previous year. NOW this year's labs showed a remarkable difference as I had found a cheaper version of this Black Seed Oil. Labs indicated that my LDL was back up to 234, which is unacceptable. So, now for a month I've returned to this Ethiopian Black Seed Oil and am excited to discover the difference in my LDL's on my next lab tests next year. I will remember this review and will return to Bionatal with the results at that time. But right now, I am cautiously optimistic about upcoming results and am so very grateful for the quality of this product.
