No longer needed was not accepted as a reason for my refund. I was very surprised and disappointed because Ive never had this problem with TikTok. The item’s cord is too short for accommodating my plug-ins. It had all the original packaging requesting a return for a refund within 24 hours. Beware!

The seller or TikTok changed my order. Sent me this little box with a stub for a cord. Even considered ordering I’d at least get a 5ft cord. But I ordered a tower, they changed my order, refused a refund. So they can keep that little money and take this review. Also the plugs don’t charge phones.

As shown, the class c charging ports offer very slow charging compared to using a brick style charger. I used a brand new from Samsung fast charging cable for both pics shown These ports also are "loose" and I need to adjust and wiggle the cord to cause charging.
