Introduction

Yetibikes in US shopping means Yeti Cycles mountain bikes, not a cooler brand. SB names encode rear travel (SB140 trail, SB160 enduro). Newer MT and LT frames use Sixfinity; ASR is the shorter-travel racer. TURQ carbon and C-series kits change weight and price, and complete bikes on US shops often start around the mid four figures and climb past $10,000 for T-series e-MTBs.

  • Acoustic 29er versus MTe/LTe light e-MTB with a stated motor

Match travel and size chart to your trails. A frame-only listing is not a ready-to-ride bike.

FAQs

On Yeti, SB numbers track rear travel: SB140 is the trail bike around 140 mm, SB160 is longer-travel enduro. Newer MT and LT models use Sixfinity instead of the older Switch Infinity story. Buy travel for your terrain, not the logo color. Test geometry numbers if you can.

Complete US kits commonly start in the mid-to-high thousands and run well into five figures for XX AXS e-MTBs. Carbon grade and groupset drive most of the spread. There is no one Yeti price. Compare year, kit code (C2, T3), and whether the listing is frame-only.

TURQ is the lighter, more expensive layup on many complete builds. C-series kits cut cost and add some weight. Both are still carbon mountain bikes. If the photo is a painted aluminum lookalike, it is not this brand. Read the kit name on the spec table.

MTe and LTe are sold as light e-MTBs with small motors and batteries, not cargo bikes. They cost more and need motor support. If you want unpowered climbing, stick to SB or ASR. Confirm battery watt-hours and whether the dealer will service the drive unit.

Use the brand size chart for height and reach, not a generic S–XL tee chart. Reach and stack changed between generations. A used SB150 is not the current MT. If the listing skips reach numbers, ask before you match a sticker size.
