The product itself was amazing! However I had to return mine for a smaller size and GAP uses a third party return company and they misinform you on how to. They give two options which is through UPS (choose this one) or in store at a “Factory GAP” (which is what I choose since I have one 10 minutes away). Unfortunately Factory GAP store cannot take this particular return since it is considered a specialty item. Once you choose a way to return you can not change it so it took an hour and half to get a resolution completed.
