Horrible. I bought this scale and it stopped working in 3 months. Wyze customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I haven't lots of their products. A smart vac, regular vac, cameras, doorbell cam and with like most electronic products, I haven't really had any problems, but man oh man, this scale is unwinding my favorable opinion of their products. Dealing with their customer service is like with someone who doesnt speak your langu6. Just AWFUL.

I won’t return it, but honestly the body fat % measurement is janky. There is no way I went up a whole percent of body fat in one day while simultaneously losing 1 pound of weight. If you’re buying because you’re excited about body fat % just save your money and get a DEXA scan for half the price.
