I love this charging stand!!! The night light with 3 different shades of light is probably my favorite part! The digital clock is also super helpful, and it’s dimmable as well. The only thing I would change is, I really wish I could set an alarm on the clock, but that’s it. Otherwise- perfect!!! 🤩

The concept of this is fantastic! However, the product doesn’t keep time/date well. It slips back more as days go on where eventually the day will line up. If this wasn’t an issue, it would be an excellent product! I’m disappointed that it loses track of time/days. Today is Saturday, not Tuesday!

Great product! But the one thing that I’m more surprised was the fast shipping! Bought it Tuesday, April 15 and arrived Thursday April 17 when they had originally emailed me that it’d be receiving it Sunday April 20. Also the packaging was phenomenal! Great seller. Great product. Fast shipping!

This charger is fabulous. It works as it is designed to do. I have unplugged all my other charges and have made so much room on my bedside table. The night light is just the right lite to go to the bathroom. The clock can be dimmed to the perfect pitch to sleep by. I recommend this charger.

Works well but has an issue with the time being displayed all the time. Sometimes switches between 12 or 24 hour clock. Charges everything up great.

So I ordered 2 of these. One for the beautiful wife and one for me, both sides of the bed. Well I haven't had it 2 weeks, and it just stopped charging. All the charging bases, none of them work now. I should have gone with my original thought not gonna buy acer products ever again, well I'm fooled

It doesn't keep time accurately, I've had to set the time twice, the side pop out for charging my Samsung watch doesn't work. It's to late to return it so I'll have to find a replacement and throw this one away. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

1.If the time keep setting or the clock doesn't show the right time, what's the reason?
When you receive the product, you can adjust the time by pressing the button on the back or connecting the bluetooth named "S1". A power outage or restart will cause the time to return to the factory default 18:18. This problem has been improved for products shipped in January; if consumers have previously shipped products, it is recommended that consumers connect to Bluetooth and Bluetooth will automatically synchronize the time and date.
2.Temperature display is inaccurate
1.The built-in temperature sensor automatically senses, and the slider of ±3℃ is the normal range. If it is inaccurate, please contact the aftersale service to get a refund or replacement.
2.The temperature will not be displayed when the device is placed horizontally for charging. This is to prevent the temperature from being too high when the phone is placed horizontally, which may affect the correct display of the temperature. Remove the phone from the horizontal position and the temperature will drop after a while.
3. Unable to charge, slow charging, and hot. The influencing factors are:
1. It is related to the thickness of the mobile phone protective case (we can currently support 4mm). The protective case is too thick to support charging, the charging speed is slow, or it is hot;
2. It is related to the position of the mobile phone. If the offset is large, it will cause no charging, heat, and slow charging;
3. If there are small metal foreign objects, it will cause heat; this point has been changed this time;
4. Product cannot be used properly
1. Check whether the USB interface is connected correctly, make sure plug in "IN" on the back not "OUT".
2. Confirm whether the interface is in poor contact.
5.Icon flash
The device alarmed that a foreign object was detected. Take the device off, wait for the flashing icon to disappear, and then put the phone or earbuds back in. Put them straight so they can charge. Don't put them too far away from the charging area. If they are too far away, the FOD alarm will be triggered.
