Doesn’t give you a super rush of energy. Just kinda a steady flow of energy with no crash like energy drinks do. Tastes pretty good too. Doesn’t give you the jitters.

Felt the effects the second day. Curbed my cravings big time! Gave me extreme mental clarity and focus and I feel thinner when I wake up in the mornings when I drink this. I’m just not constantly thinking about food which is amazing to me because food has always been a comfort.

I love the flavor tastes just like a pina colada too. I add my tangerine or orange flavored electrolyte packets for another version to drink! Flavor：I really love the taste of the Strawberry Matcha Flavor one it gives me a sweet yet bitter taste. I lost 3 pounds from this it makes me not crave any food after drinking this, im halfway done. I recommend you guys give it a try there's many other flavors if Strawberry isn't your favorite.

Haven’t tried it yet but it came and powder was all over the inside of the shipping packaging. Item had powder all over and spilled. It looks fine but I wish they did better with the messiness of shipping.

The bag arrived open as if it had been cut and the product spilled out. I can't determine if it has possibly been tampered with so I tossed it out.

I received my package, but it’s open and the powder leaked out and half the bag has spilled everywhere.

Product was double wrapped when arrived but the product was out of the bag and in the USPS bag. Can’t use it. Waste of money! Horrible packaging
