Packaging and delivery 100%. When you try to move it down to your lower neck it kind of flips back up. If you can get it on right..it is incredible. The force and strength this thing has is beyond anything I've used. The heat is perfect. The cord is long enough. Definitely worth it!

I’m not a fan at all. It’s so awkward and uncomfortable to hold around your neck and to also press the buttons. The massage nodes are a hard plastic and hurt. They should’ve been made out of a rubber material. I’ve tried another brand that is better quality so I can actually make a comparison.

Got month 1/2 ago. GREAT pressure to get in muscles &thermal, you can apply force for more/less pressure. Works in shoulders and back . Back can be tricky because you have to get it in a good spot to not rub the bone. Cord is shorter then I prefer. I would highly recommend! We truly love it overall

My item arrived yesterday! Box was damaged and not inside of another box so people wouldn't be tempted to steal! However, the item is smaller than I imagined and doesn't really have very many functions that I had hoped for! The heat function isn't very strong. I would not recommend this item!
