I started with 1 every night for the first 5 nights, i just up to dose to 2 every night & BABYYYY!! Soon as i wake up i am on go to the restroom and its cleansing me out ! Im mean out 🙂↕️🙂↕️. Definitely follow the directions. Drink a lot of water with this
