It was exactly as expected. I’m 5’7” and it’s a wee bit short for me, but still ok. Super fast delivery and the quality is great! Compacted for shipping, but fluffed up immediately when opened. No chemical smell. Very soft and filled well. Not one of the cheaper ones that I’ve seen.

Love the soft feel of this pillow. Was a little heavy for a pregnant women to handle and fluff, I had my adult kids help. Stays full and doesn't go flat. Very pretty slate grey color. Easy to read, understand, and follow instructions.
