I have oil pulled in the past using cold pressed oil and I saw results slowly. I'm hoping thus will be faster. Came fast, I love this kit it has so many extras!

GuruNanda Pulling Oil supports natural teeth whitening with continued use, provides up to 12 hours of fresh breath, & promotes gum hygiene. Designed to complement brushing, flossing, and rising, this oil pulling adds a preventive layer to your oral care routine.
Pour 10-15ml of pulling oil into the provided measuring cup. Swish for 2 minutes, & gradually increase to 10 minutes. Discard the oil in the trash to avoid clogging pipes. Use on an empty stomach every morning for optimal results.
