The packaging is absolutely stunning and a statement piece on my vanity. When applying the product on my skin it feels like a jelly oil serum with a hint of shimmer. It glides on the skin effortlessly leaving behind a glow from within. The shimmer is very fine and can be hard to see at first on light skin tones. In the sun you can see the slight gold reflect. The smell leaves a light jasmine floral with a hint of warm vanilla and coconut on the skin. I didn’t notice any shimmer transfer and my skin felt hydrated for several hours after application before fading. I love putting the product on my arms and collarbone for a little glow. You can definitely add more for extra highlight. I can even see myself applying it on my legs.

I just recently moved from NYC to Florida so my skin has had different “needs”. In NYC I probably wouldn’t have had as much use for the Golden Aura Body Gelée, but in Florida I’m absolutely in love! Now that I have some color and wear minimal clothing, products with a shimmer or a glow look incredible! Not to mention they feel great on my skin. I have fairly dry skin so I actually applied this on top of lotion. It has such a great texture and goes on smoothly like a gel with a touch of the feel of coconut oil. In the picture, I applied the Body Gelée to my left leg and my right leg only has basic body lotion on it. So much of a difference! I’m positively glowing. (I also had to take a picture of the jar because I love how the top is in the shape of a pearl 😊). If I had one thing I could change about this product it would be the smell. It’s doesn’t smell bad at all, it’s just a fairly neutral smell— almost like a very light Autumn scent? I love Kopari’s distinct coconut smell (specifically their Ultra Restore Body Butter, Golden Aura Body Oil with 24K Gold, and Exfoliating Crush Scrub). But overall great product, and, I love how the Gelée is lighter than the Body Oil. When I’m sweating down here, sometimes the oil is just too heavy— this is a perfect remedy for the summers!

Where do I start? This gelée is weightless to the touch, golden sparkly and has the most gentle scent. She. When you rub it between your fingers, it has a unique texture. When I rub it on my arms, it smells so good and it moisturizes amazingly! Its gentle aroma is calming. The shimmer isn’t over powering at all - just right ! In the sun, your golden sparkle really pops. The gelée is oil based, so it doesn’t wash off easily if you are sweating or water and it absorbs into your skin easily, not leaving you greasy. And! After I showered, the little golden shimmer stayed on my arm! The golden shimmer can most certainly be “stacked”.

This adds a subtle healthy looking glow, especially on bronzed skin. The scent is light a little sweet and powdery. I don't mind it since it isn't too potent which is my preference. You can put this on and get dressed right away or run out the door, it takes a few minutes for the tackiness to dry down and it does dry down nicely.

I do have to say, I’m pleasantly surprised by this product. I’ve never tried anything with this jelly-like texture and I loved it! It’s very light to the touch, has a soft fragrance, and very hydrating. The shimmer it gives is so pretty too. Love how it looks when the sun hits my body, especially my legs! It’s a plus when it looks like an expensive perfume bottle in my room.

I've been using this new product now for awhile. Not only do I love the jar it comes in, but as my last step in moisturizing, it seals in the hydration that lasts all day in the dry CO climate, with beautiful sheen. It's not as glittery as expected on my skin, and I've realized I like the perfect glow, especially in the light. The scent is heavenly and this is now my new Kopari favorite.

I really want to love this but couldn't get past the floral scent. It isn't overbearing, but the gardenia-like scent doesn't seem in line with what to expect from Kopari. The glitter lasts! Even after getting my sweater or blazer on & off, the shimmer was still there! It was pretty on my legs all day too!

From the gorgeous packaging and container to the way it looks, feels, and smells, I absolutely love this gelee. It is very light and dry, almost like a dry oil- not a heavy, greasier cream. A small amount goes a long way. It spreads on dry and looks beautiful- with a shimmer that isn’t overwhelming. The scent is light and clean. It is great for summer moisture when you don’t need anything as heavy as for winter. I will absolutely buy this product again. It is a great addition for your summer outfit.
