I was really looking forward to this product; I had bought it on Amzn before, but the one I ordered here didn't cover my gray hair and actually burned my skin. I don't know if it's authentic? this never happened to me before. A very bad product.

About this product
Instant Hair Dye Shampoo — Color at home without pre-mixing, worry-free application that’s super simple and quick. Put on gloves, apply the gold hair dye shampoo to the DYR hair, rub evenly for 5–10 minutes, then leave on for 15 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. You can now enjoy a natural golden hair color right away.
5-in-1 Hair Dye Shampoo: Rich in herbal formula, Fvquhvo hair dye colors hair while cleansing. It can also serve as a brown hair dye and as a shampoo and hair conditioner. At home hair coloring is incredibly easy—it reverts to a natural silver look in no time. You're amazing!
Rich in herbal ingredients. Brown shampoo is formulated with a herbal formula and is gentle. Hair dye shampoo only coats the surface of the hair casing, making it safer for both hair and skin. Wild ginseng and sesame oil containing active ingredients keep your hair healthy and shiny.
Worth it! Colored shampoo/hair dye suitable for all hair types, usable for approximately 10–15 applications (depending on your hair length). Natural brown hair color can last for 3–5 weeks. Great value for money—light up your wallet and invest in a salon.
Friendly reminder: The blonde hair shampoo is not designed to cover gray hair; it’s intended only to change hair color. If you need gray coverage, please choose black, dark brown, black chocolate, or red wine. Before first use of hair color shampoo, please perform a 49H skin test.Warm tip: The final color of our hair dye shampoo may vary depending on your original hair color, hair texture, and duration of use.
