Too early to tell how the quality will last. But I’m not planning on using this daily. So hopefully it will last for some time. Directions for assembly are horrible. You will need to watch the video as well as use the included instructions along with some Common sense. I did have a tire blow out on the second ride on the bike, but my daughter was on it and not sure what happened. They did agree that o send me another one on the mail. In the meantime I went and purchased one for now. But it’s been a fun purchase. Love the turn signals and digital display on the bike.

Fast delivery! Assembly a little difficult not clear instructions. I do like the bike and it is a smooth ride. Lights are bright which I really like. It comes with lock and phone holder too! I am still learning how to setup GPS

I I think this is a great ***starter bike**** if you’re new to e-biking, but I want to be ***fully transparent****: I’ve only had it for about a week, and I’m already noticing some issues that make me wish I had waited and saved up for a higher-quality bike. After only a few rides, the brakes became super squeaky, and the left brake has already broken. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a video showing me how to fix it, but I haven’t been able to figure it out myself. Now I’ll have to take it to a bike shop and pay to have it repaired, which is a big reason I’m rating it lower. When you buy a brand-new bike, I feel like it should arrive in great working condition—not require repairs within the first week. I’ve also noticed that sometimes the throttle doesn’t immediately respond or take off when I press it. It’s another small thing that makes me question how well the bike will hold up long-term. If parts are already having issues after one week, I’m wondering what condition it’ll be in a year from now. That being said, I have genuinely been having SO much fun riding it. If you’re curious about e-biking and want an affordable bike to test the waters, I think this could be a great starter option. You also don’t have to fly around at crazy speeds to enjoy it. I usually stay around speeds 3–7, and it’s seriously so much fun. Ultimately, I’d recommend this for someone who wants an inexpensive introduction to e-biking. But if you’re looking for something you can invest in and confidently ride for years, I personally would save up and purchase a higher-quality bike. E-biking as an adult, though? 10/10. I’m obsessed.

We hate this bike. It was great at first, then stopped working just after the return window expired. I wrote to this store and they sent me a new motor controller. Except it was the wrong part. When I tried to communicate with the store, I have had to explain at least three different times what the issue is. Now I’m just seeking a refund. This bike is poorly made and becomes inoperable quickly. A combo of poor quality product and poor customer service has driven this 0/100 review. DO NOT BUY!

We’ve had the bike for 2 weeks. Runs great. Feels like it’s great quality. My husband said the instructions could be a little better with setting up the top handle part but nothing difficult. Bike arrived within a week. Bike is not too heavy and the seat is comfortable. The bike was a gift for our son’s eighth grade graduation and birthday. But now we all want to use it! Love the bike!! It’s FAST!! My only complaint is the installation. Instructions are not good and my phone holder was missing apart. in the operating, instructions are nowhere so I accidentally accidentally took a dump on my first adventure!!!!
