I am disappointed. The IPad will not charge. The IPad came with an old outdated USB CHARGING cord. I have never experienced this while purchasing anything on tik tok. I can’t be more frustrated with purchasing. I can say I will not purchase anything from this company going forward. I saw red flags when the delivery date was actually delayed and change. I wouldn’t want this service FREE. Just thinking about me paying for this type service in frustrating.

I really wanted to take a star off because of being promised my pad would ship out soon & I would have it in 3 days! Well that wasn’t the case & I received the pen before I even got the pad BUT when I finally got the pad I was elated, because 1. They used USPS and when it finally shipped, it was delivered NEXT DAY! 2. The iPad was in immaculate condition(the pictures doesn’t do this iPad justice)3. I’ve been using this pad for a couple weeks now and I’m satisfied with all of its functions, battery and that I was able to update to the latest iOS version! I found a case and have been journaling and creating artwork using the pen that I purchased alongside it. Pleased and satisfied and you guys will see me again!
I’m really happy with the phone considering it’s pre-owned. The condition was listed as “Very Good,” and it mostly lived up to that. A few light scratches on the screen and frame, but nothing noticeable unless you’re really looking for them.
Love the product and perfect condition iOS software 26.5 works great one small nick on the side but great price will be buying more stuff. Love it worth it and the Warranty as well. Can’t get no better than that. I’ve already bought another one.
