I use sesame seeds all the time in Korean cooking, especially for stir-fried dishes and seasoned side dishes. These are already toasted, so they’re super convenient — I can just sprinkle them on top or mix them into dishes right away. They have a nice, nutty flavor and add a great finishing touch to simple meals. I use them for things like veggies, rice bowls, and light sauces.
