Disappointing Build Quality
I experienced a serious issue with this bike's drivetrain. The crank sprocket came off because the mounting hardware failed, and the spindle threads appear to be damaged or stripped. As shown in the photos, the chainring detached during normal use, making the bike unsafe to ride.
This should not happen on a relatively new product. The quality of the crank assembly and fasteners is disappointing, and I'm concerned about the overall durability and safety. I expected much better reliability.
I would not recommend this product unless the manufacturer improves the crank assembly and quality control. If you're considering buying this bike, inspect the drivetrain carefully and be prepared for possible repairs or replacement parts.
