easy to put together and figure out, even though there’s no printed instructions. you can set it down on something, hang it from the wall, or hang it from the ceiling if you have a sort of hook thing. charges with a usbc cable that it also comes with. the fade/strobe/flash modes don’t seem it work correctly but that doesn’t matter to me
