I really wanted to love this product. I purchased the K28 because I specifically wanted the version with the lights for creating content and spreading positivity in my community.
Unfortunately, the two I received did not have the lights. What made it more confusing is that the boxes and the instructions included with both products show the lights and even explain how to use them. When I contacted the company, I was initially told there had been a warehouse/boxing mistake, but ultimately the issue was not corrected.
That was disappointing because I use a selfie stick constantly while spreading positivity. In one year alone, I captured selfies and smiles with 4,510 people, and I was excited to make this my “Positivity Selfie Stick” and promote it along the way.
I can't control how a company handles a situation. I can only control how I respond, and I'm still going to keep smiling and spreading positivity. I just wish my experience with this purchase had been different.
