I bought a hat for my aunt and got one for myself. I was nervous about them being smushed during shipment but there was amole room for them in the box and they were handled with care so no complaints. they’re well made, and fit nice.
my one critique is that i personally think the hats are a smidge boxy and sit quite tall if that makes sense. If I could change one thing it’d be that but its not a dealbreaker at all (and it makes sense in order to embroider that the front panel should be spacious). 10/0 would recommend, I’d buy again
