I've been taking these for a week or so now. I honestly haven't noticed a huge difference just yet. The vitamins shipped right away and I received them really quickly. Whether it was placebo effect or not, I actually felt lower levels of stress after taking these my first day! I feel so much better swapping out my big name vitamin, with dyes and fillers, for this simple beauty.
