The one to the left is this one, and it’s honestly really good. All the fidgets are great and I love it. However if you’re someone who pain-stims, I feel like the spikes on this one aren’t nearly as good as the official Little Ouchies. They are a little scratchy and could actually cause harm if you tried hard enough. But overall it’s great.
