Surprising worth it... Recently I've been looking for a good supplement that's specifically for vaginal health without all the extra ingredients or the risk of it not even working. I've tried around 4 different brands here on TikTok and the Good Girl probiotics are one of the only brands I've noticed ACTUALLY work. After two days I've noticed a change down there with my moisture, apparently the moisture and discharge created by your body allows your ph balance to regulate itself (Which I have definitely noticed since taking the probiotics). Only thing is they kinda do have a taste to it and float in your mouth when u try to take them l, but it's super easy to get used to lol (seriously the only bad things I have to say lmao). After a week I've noticed less discharge and huuuuge boost in confidence. I currently have the 90 capsules and definitely recommend and will repurchase.

I’m so grateful for these probiotics because I was having extreme itching, redness, and a ton of yeast (verified by my gynecologist). She gave me Diflucan, cleared for a week, however it came back. I researched. What can I do other than Diflucan to have my yeast infection stay away, and I was told that probiotics will help with that, however, consistency would be key in order to see a difference. I decided to purchase the Love Wellness probiotics and oh my!!! Literally the best decision I made because after about two weeks of taking these probiotics daily with my dinner, I have no more itching, redness, or yeast!!! I started for 30 days, stopped for 2 weeks and yes it made a difference in vaginal smell and overall digestion! I have symptoms of BV if not maintained properly. I use the PH balance cleanser so I “couldn’t tell” if the pills were working but noticed no smell, lower appetite, and no gas. When I stopped taking them for 2 weeks, odor came back and more cravings and overeating so that’s when I realized, these do work for me!
