EL Jefe® Pre Workout Suggested Use

Use this product on training days only. Mix 1-2 scoops with 8-14 oz. of water & consume 15-30 minutes prior to training. To assess tolerance, take 1 scoop for the first few days and build up to the maximal dose of 2 scoops. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 SCOOPS SIMULTANEOUSLY OR EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

This product claims none of the major allergens are present in Sour Gummy Bear, Orange Creamsicle, Cherry Pop and Blue Razz Candy. However, this product is manufactured in a facility that processes all of the major allergens (milk, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame). There are allergens in Peach Rings flavor, which contains Soy and Milk.
