This shaver is even better than the original. It works amazing and my head is not irritated after using it. Love it!

I’ve only used the product two times. Each time the product looked like it started at 98% and during the course of my shave, which was less than 10 minutes it depleted to 20%. I am not happy with the longevity of the battery.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Brio Raze 2.0!! It didn't hold a great charge... at first.. but after reading Brio's response to others having this issue, I kept using it and now has settled in. I can get at least 3-5 shaves before recharging.
I love how close this shaver shaves! I use it dry and it is almost as close as when I used a 4 blade razor! Almost!
I will not go back to shaving with a razor! I don't have any issues with razor burn or nicks and cuts.
I world definitely recommend this shaver to anyone thinking about it! Yes it's more expensive then the ones you would get at a big retailer, but ass the saying goes... you get what you pay for!!

When I got it I charged it and went to try it. The battery died so fast. I messaged customer service. They told me to charge it and run it untill dead at least 4 times. After that it should work. Due to over greasing. In my opinion when spending what you do for something like this it should work straight out of the box.

It does what it's supposed to do. It cuts cleanly and quickly. Next to no pressure is needed for a quick and irritation free shave.

I got the first gen razor two Christmas ago and it died last month. I had just got a replacement blade two weeks before that. So I got a new 2.0. When I got it and opened up the box it said the charge was 100%. I used it for 7 minutes and it died. I charge it up and used it to shave two day later and it was died in 7 minutes again. I am not happy with the new razor

I absolutely love the shave that this little thing produces. It cuts super close, but not all the way down to where I might get skin irritation. I was a little concerned with the battery level dropping so quickly on the first use, but after reading some reviews I was able to troubleshoot that relatively quickly and it’s worked perfectly ever since. The travel case, cleaning tray, and warranty are all nice additions as well. Thank you!

I bought one and I was excited to use it, I owned the original shaver for years, and it still works. But this one is very low quality, the head fell down after a couple uses and the batter dies in minutes. Also, the charging cable didn’t work, i had to use a different one

The batterie life sucks and it seems to work better when I dry shave . It is in no way faster than a razor but it dose give a surprisingly close shave and I get no razor burn !

Two weeks ago I dropped my shaver and unfortunately I broke the blade. I reached out to the Brio customer service via phone and they got back to me same day. They tried to walk me through the steps on how to re-attach it back to the shaver, they even sent me a video tutorial. Nobel was very friendly and kind.
Unfortunately after trying to re-attach, I had to reach out to them and let them know that I was unsuccessful. They immediately offered to send me a replacement blade to my circumstances (I am on disability and with extremely limited income). I was truly shocked by this incredibly kind offer.
But I felt that it was too early for them to send me the replacement blade without me trying one last time. So I went to the local barber school to see if they could help me, but they couldn’t.
I reached back to Brio and the replacement blade was in the mail on its way to me.
I just got it and I am beyond grateful to Noble and the entire Brio team, as they were present for me throughout my entire situation and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate me in my unique situation.
Brio shaver is beyond amazing. The product reserves more than 5 stars especially the battery life. And now ther customer service add even that much more value of owning a Brio product!

I liked that I didn’t have to break out the fusion everytime I needed a trim. The brio worked fairly well to get you that bald look with very little stubble. Charged it when brand new used it 2 times then didn’t use it for awhile, used it once again and it worked as expected on level 2 but the battery died. I charged it for the second time and when I took it off charge it was warm to the touch. Went to turn it on and I got nothing, no lights or action. Tried to put back on charge and nothing so now I have myself a paper weight . I really wanted to like it but with that type of performance I can’t recommend.

First thing is battery like is terrible.....I charged it before first use and then shaved once and it was at 50%. I've been using a 3 blade razor and it didn't even get close to that smooth. I like how easy it is to clean. It takes me about 15 minutes to shave my head if I go a week. After I used the 3 blade, I would have to pat my head dry. With the brio, there's still enough left to rub the head dry.
That's a long time compared to my defender 3 blade...I switched to defender because it clogged less that my other mail order blades with no cuts or bumps. But those blades only last a couple weeks. Even if I don't use them that much.....
I have used it in the car.....carefully so I don't crash lol. So by the time I get to work I only need to shave where my glasses mount...not sure what to do at this point...
I'm just giving my experience with this. Its not a terrible razor. I hope this helps some people. If they are having the same experience.
The best thing about this razor is how the blades come off to clean.....I'm not a big fan of how some of them you have to open individually. Seems like someone with my big hands would break them pretty quick.

I love my Brio Raze 2. It’s easy to use and I get exactly the shave I want. I can even use it on my face between razor shaves to freshen up. Fwiw I prefer to dry shave. I have no experience with using it wet.
I read a lot of reviews and watched many videos before buying my Brio Raze 2. I’m completely happy with this product, and believe you will be too.

I didn't like it at first, seemed like the battery was not lasting at all.... but then after a few charges it kind of settled in and lasted closer to claimed runtime. Started to like it, shave was ok. Took me like 20 minutes at least to get a clean shave. Hard to get it super clean, had to run back and forth so many times and I ended up getting razor bumps. I have never had razor bumps. Not super annoying personally but thought this would be simpler and cleaner and better. Well today after maybe the 5th or 6th shave it fell apart. The center blade popped off, and what looks to be a very flimsy plastic type of washer is bent and will not hold the blade in place. Will be seeking a refund.

The new Raze has done an excellent job for shaving my head, even with sensitive skin from psoriasis. Unfortunately after only a few minutes it is already down to 50% (or less) battery life. While this is fine for each shave, I had hoped to travel with it without having to take a charger.
