Effectiveness: 9/10: I definitely would recommend this product to anyone who struggles to get enough fruits and vegetables in their diet like I do. However, if you want to reduce bloating I would either just take lemme debloat or take this product with lemme debloat because I’ve definitely seen changes in my bloating when taking both products. A little TMI, but I also have noticed that this product has helped me with regular bowel movements. I haven’t seen a difference in my skin and nails yet but I have only bern taking the product for 3 days.
Ease of Use: 10/10: I’ve personally found this product easy to take consistently. I’ve also had no negative side effects to this vitamin.
Packaging: 10/10: I wasn’t received the product in the usual lemme box packaging. However, It was still properly sealed and the shipping was fast. It was just in a yellow shipping pouch but obviously that’s perfectly fine. I had no problems with shipping or anything with the packaging.
