Opening the package, the box was not only torn but open. And this is before I even took the brush out. It makes me wonder if this was something someone else used and returned. Since it is my first UNbrush, I will have to assume every thing else about it is still of decent condition.

I received the brush OPEN!! The package all torn up and the inside of the bag and the brush is wet it’s not soaked but wet and no it’s not raining! I washed my hands and it went right in the trash!!!! Tried to show the wetness in pic below but it’s hard to see in a picture! It was slick wet 🤮

I didn’t get to use the brush because shipping took forever so I had already did my hair, and the brush came bent. The photos are it straight out of the package. You’re better off buying it from the store and spending the extra dollar, that’s the main reason I had bought it from TikTok shop.
