I was skeptical at first. I love the different flavors, but watermelon is my favorite. I’ve been using for two weeks and have definitely noticed less bloating, swelling and it has definitely curbed my appetite for sweets. My energy level has definitely improved. I just ordered a 2nd bag.

Great flavor to drink, no real after taste. I have been drinking one a night, I get refresh feeling the next morning. I do plan on buying more. It came with a big label on the back, so it was a little difficult to read, but I like natural ingredients.

I’ve been using this about a week now and I’ve noticed it does help me relax to fall asleep. It mixes well and good taste most of all no after taste. I recommend. Performance: Does what it says helps you to relax, but not drug like just relaxed like after a warm bath.

The flavor is great so far I’ve tried the lemon and I really like it, I like the balance of L-Theanine and Ashwaganda. I wasn’t sure if I would like it because flavors and zero sugar products can be hit and miss, but I love the light flavor that it has. It is not overpowering, and doesn’t taste artificial like a lot of zero sugar products do. I’ve only had one pack so far, but based on taste, I would recommend it!
