I ordered a set of 3 pans July 2nd had to call after a week or two to be told we will put a five day tracking on this and get back to you. No response to this whatsoever. I had to put in another complaint and only then did they send these low quality pans . I had other Farberware pans that were fantastic. This company is now a low quality producer of products , very poor and inefficient customer service.

I'm very disappointed in the quality of the frying pan set. They are very light weight and the large skillet warped the first time using it even though I followed the instructions and did not use high heat. Most of my cookware is Farberware and this is the first product I've purchased that I was not satisfied with.
