One side lights up nice and bright and the other side does not work at all. Brand new out of the box and already dysfunctional! Edit to add: the company made it right by sending a free replacement that’s fully functional. Amazing company and great product! Much appreciated.

I am noticing an improvement in the symptoms I've had from an infection that affected my sinuses/face below the eye on Right and ear/around the ear for several years. The areas are opening up and draining, swelling being relieved. Significant improvement being felt with daily use as recommended in the accompanying brochure. Thank you! I have been using this product for several weeks. So far I have used this as nose therapy rather than ear therapy. I have noticed a diminished amount of pain from sinus pressure ( I suffer from seasonal allergies). When I first received the product I had a sore/wound in my nose that cleared up with two days of use. The silicone covers slide on and off for easy cleaning. I would recommend putting the wires behind your ears even when lying down as the device has a tendency to slip out of my nose if unsecured. I would recommend the product if you tend to have sinus pain.
