I would rate the product a 0, I didn't get it 2x. The delivery person put the package in the USPS Outgoing MAILBOX twice. They are idiots, even after I personally put a sign saying it was for Outgoing mail only, do not place delivery in this box. No one in this building has to this box, it belongs to the United States Post Office.

: Purchased item was easy to use and came with instructions. It was small enough to use on my countertop even with a shorter cord. Great hide away compartment to store the cord inside. I made an Easter carrots in minutes. ;)

The pump itself works great. The nozzles were really helpful for the smaller balloons and the foils. But overall it's a great electric balloon pump it made creating these blue features so much faster than using the hand pump that came with them
