After taking them for a week I did notice that I started to become more regular (bowel movements). I’m not sure if it’s the Bitters or my new regimen, but I do feel like since I’ve started taking the Bitters my appetite has been curved slightly. So far no complaints, besides the taste.

This product is the truth. It is very bitter but worth it for your overall health. I take the soursop also and I feel the difference. More energy no more body aches. I feel good. Just make sure you try to eat good. When I eat fried foods I go to the bathroom alot. So I'm switching to grill or baked.
