The bag is buttery soft, but the snaps hiding the top zipper are extremely hard to snap! I wasn’t able to get one of them snapped. The clear bag that was included was difficult to expand. It might be for liquids, wet clothes or shoes? I don’t know.

Its good quality, I really thought id be able to fit more. But I am not organized and don't pack well to begin with but I definitely fit enough clothes to last me 10 days in AZ and I did overpack slightly. I feel it's more suited for like a 4-5 day trip. But Def worth the money!

I would give this bag one and a half stars because the bag did hold 5 bottoms and 3 dresses and 3 tops and of course my underwear. I put in one pair of shoes, I didn't use the shoe compartment. But none of of my toiletries fit, as is the bag was tight at the zipper. This bag might be a good for 3day

Love my bag! I used it today for the first time. I am a plus size girl and was able to carry 3 complete outfits plus all the essentials and extra pair of shoes and still had room to go! The only bad thing is one of the snaps broke.

It is the bag that was advertised but you can barely fit things in it. I had to take out hecka clothes just for it to close. People say the slot underneath where you hold the clothes is for shoes but it barely fits anything.
