Very easy to use & assemble (TOOK 30 seconds to figure out). The blue things are sponges that need to be wet in order to work (after attaching the pad to the stick just dip it in the toilet water before scrubbing). The best 10 bucks I've spent on tik tok shop. When done put in trash NOT toilet.

I purchased 3 of these. I gave one to my mom. It's smaller than expected but it still gets the job done. Had to try it out to be sure. Like that it comes with a number of refills.
