It's perfect. Just perfect. The hydration formula is a plus one if your getting this. The pina colada is just soo good, I can drink it without working out if I wanted. But don't of course but it's that good. I definitely recommend this pre-workout. All you need is half a scoop and your set for 🏋‍♂️

The taste is good, not overpowering and not bitter/sour. One scoop will get you right for a workout. But 2 scoops will set you up for one of those heartbroken ima kill myself type days im telling you. I wait about 20 minutes for it to kick in. Not much itchiness with 1 scoop. I do know this is better than the ABE ultimate pre workout iv'e tried and its 150 caffeine less and thats crazy. 10/10

Woah. First off it genuinely tastes good, but I actually felt the difference. I got this to replace my morning energy drinks after they caused me to get a kidney stone. I needed something with less caffeine and something to get me to drink more water. The lower caffeine is enough to get moving in the morning but the nootropics and whatever else in this genuinely kept me focused and maintained my energy throughout the day. Absolutely love this stuff.
