When I got it, I was excited about getting it for my son but it would not charge up and I couldn't get the mouse to stay connected to it. So I let the seller know and she gave me a full refund back.

I was excited to get this tablet but there was some misleading information regarding the 8GB of RAM. The tablet actually says 4GB, see the attached pics of the feedback I received from their customer service agent. There was nothing offered to correct the misleading info posted for this tablet.

I absolutely do not recommend it, it is super super slow, it is not 8GB, it is 4GB, they should not deceive buyers in that way, personally I am going to return it, it is very expensive and it is useless.

I paid $76 for a tablet with 8Gb of ram, I received a tablet with only 4gb of ram. Half of what I paid for. This is worse than temu bait and switch. I used the cpu info app from fdroid software repository to verify hardware info. Quality of work: poor quality and 1/2 the ram i paid for.

I don't have a lot of experience with tablets but I must say this is the worst I have ever seen. It's so slow that even with a 2048mb sd card in it the graphics still lag, the camera is grainy and has no clarity. It barely updated to android 14. This is ABSOLUTELY nothing like what was advertised.
