This is the condition Iโve received my palette today. Not to mention, this is after I've cleaned it with a wipe from all the powder dust everywhere. There was no plastic wrap or any extra box over the palette in any way. The powder stains from the palette wonโt come off. The palette cover was also damaged. I was happy that I received a super great deal with the TikTok shop. However, sadly, I wouldnโt even buy a palette in this condition at Ross for the price Iโve paid for, especially as a gift. Messaged the company but of course no response. Probably pretending not to see the message as stated on one of their videos.
