I have been a loyal user of Tula’s original 24/7 Moisturizer for over four years with absolutely no issues, so when I saw the new fragrance-free version, I was eager to give it a try, trusting the brand’s reputation for clean and effective skincare. Unfortunately, this new product did not live up to expectations and caused a serious reaction on my skin.
Despite being marketed as “fragrance-free” and supposedly gentle, my experience was quite the opposite. After applying the moisturizer to my face and neck, I developed dry, patchy, scaly hives across my skin. The areas around my eyes burned, my eyes watered excessively, and I noticed that the skin under my eyes became increasingly dry. As a result, visible lines and wrinkles appeared, which I hadn’t noticed before. This was particularly disappointing, as the product seemed to accelerate signs of aging in such a delicate area instead of hydrating and smoothing the skin.
This experience raises concerns about the ingredients in the fragrance-free version. While the product claims to be “clean,” something in the formula clearly triggered a significant reaction. Given that the original 24/7 moisturizer has always been gentle on my skin, I expected the fragrance-free version to be equally safe, if not gentler. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
In summary, if you have sensitive skin or have relied on the original Tula 24/7 Moisturizer, proceed with caution before trying the fragrance-free version. There may be ingredients that aren’t disclosed or are not as “clean” as advertised, causing irritation and even visible aging effects around the eyes for those with no prior history of reactions to Tula products.

Ok so this product actually impressed me. I did receive this as a sample but it was my first Tula product I’ve tried and it has become a staple in my routine since. The primer does a great job at blurring my pore appearance and the gloss is really hydrating and pretty! Would absolutely recommend!
